This week we had chance to get to talk to one of the most famous serial entrepreneur of the internet, Engjell Berisha. If you haven’t heard of him yet, now is the time to learn some stuff from him. By the end of this article that will be a blast from the past…

Engjell Berisha is a Serial Entrepreneur, Filmmaker, Multiple Brand Founder. He started his own career when he discover he had a passion about Internet & eCommerce in his youth he was a Fashion Model, this helped him a lot to discover the internet more and have more knowledge for social media. This week we had the opportunity to get in a interview with him, know more about his successes and how we was able to achieve this.

Engjell The world really wants to know, who are you, and what exactly is it that you really do?”

I’m Engjell Berisha and I’m an serial entrepreneur, self-taught filmmaker, for the moment I created 5 brands that are operating Worldwide. I had the chance to learn everything as a kid, my story started when I was around 10 I was a fashion model and this really helped me to understand more of social media and how to communicate with people. I discovered first Shopify where I stared few stores in the start but they wasn’t having that much success in the start, but I knew one day I would do something big and I didn’t stop, I didn’t stop my motivation and continued discovering new stuff on the internet. My business is mainly focused on E-commerce & Brands.

In the main time i’m also a self-taught filmmaker, I do the filming & editing, directing my self, I love to make things. Whether it’s a movie, a video or anything else. My online business allowed me to travel the world and capture some of the most amazing moments in my life so I’m happy with that I do and have right now.

Thats Awesome Engjell, How exactly did you get started?

As I said before I stared by learning social media, and eCommerce I had a few stores running by that time or how we call it “Dropshipping” maybe some people will not understand what dorpshipping is but I got a lot of videos and places where I talk about dropshipping and eCommerce. By the time we are talking I had also a few Instagram account that we was working on them, such as funny content and travel content, they was all with a big follower base, such as from 100,000 to 1 Million followers, and they helped first to understand everything and help grow in our other businesses.

Than I saw the potential of creating brands I started right away creating brands, as I always say:

So always create brands to be able to grow more and have a better potential online.

So Engjell as I can see you’ve been able to accomplish quite a lot in your career so far, what’s the most challenging stuff that u had to deal with?

There have been a lot of good and bad moments while I was doing everything, as I always say we just need to change our mindset for good and that’s it, that’s how we can overcome our stuff or let’s say better our bad days. I here everyday people saying that there are bad days and good days, I don’t think like this, the term “Good and Bad days” it’s created by us the “People”, we have put in our mindset that there are good and bad days but there aren’t actually anything like that we are just giving our self the idea of this and we are putting this in our minds.

So we need to change out mindset for good and the other stuff come with time, so the most challenging stuff that I had to deal with it was when I tried to give up. There was long nights I was working in projects and they didn’t turn out how I wanted to be, and I said to my self I think i’m going to quit. But I didn’t do that I just said what if I quit? Will it do a difference, definitely not and I continued working until I saw and was satisfied with that. So to anyone who is reading this I would give a quick advice Never say Never and Never Give up

If there is something you love to do than never give up try until you reach the point you want to achieve in life.

Amazing Engjell, Love the motivation you have, so do you teach others how to start and scale a dropshipping business or how to create successful brands?

Yes so when I first stared doing all of these stuff I never tough I would give advice’s to anyone now, but after seeing the success I was getting for my self I said why not help other achieve the freedom on their life. So last year in 2019, January I started my personal brand over Instagram and I started working with people, till now I worked with over hundreds of people to help them get their freedom on live, such as being able to start their Online Business and have the ability of traveling in world. So yes I do learn the people how to achieve almost the same stuff in life such as I did…

How important is a brand in today’s world?

You probably have heard about the most prominent brands out there: Apple, Coca Cola, Mc Donald, Toyota, Zara, etc.

A brand is more than just a business. It is a lifestyle of giving your best so the world will be a better place.

So to anyone who is trying to start something new first they need to create their brand and than for example, give that product out as a brand not as a product, for example we have Apple they own multiple products all under the name of “Apple” and they achieved this as a brand so I can say one of the most important thing on today’s world is branding and having a brand available out there.

This Is Steez Analytics, The Company Taking Over The Internet Marketing Service

Entrepreneur and New Jersey native, Christopher Gonzalez owns a rising Internet Marketing Service called Steez Analytics, LLC based in Wilmington, Delaware.

He specializes in Media Buying and Lead Generation for celebrity brands, automotive dealerships and real estate developers. At just twenty-two years old, Christopher has built an advertising and media company that is already worth over Seven-figures and has a list of some of the most exclusive clients.

Christopher created Steez Analytics, LLC in April of 2017 after being mentored by entrepreneur Tai Lopez. Four Months after its creation, Steez Analytics, LLC was already generating six Figures in net profit with just him and his laptop. At Steez Analytics, LLC, Christopher runs Instagram, Facebook and Google Advertising Campaigns for high end clients. His main office is located in Wilmington, Delaware but he also serves clients across the United States including Jersey City, New Jersey and Nashville, Tennessee.

His motivation to dive into this young industry came from his parents. Born in the Bronx, New York, his parents were very poor. Christopher knew he never wanted him or his family to ever have to go back to that. Although his father made enough money to move them to the suburbs of Old Bridge, New Jersey, he was always busy working at his corporate job.

“My Father helped me understand that being your own boss at a young age is the only way to Real Freedom,” he shares.

In 2011, Christopher became one of the original internet stars on the Facebook platform, and in 2012 he did the same on Instagram. Going by the name @Gonzosteez, he jumped into the spotlight and gained quite the following. He decided to permanently delete his account, after realizing fame was not for him. He quickly noticed how dishonest internet marketing was and knew that he could bring a fresh perspective to the table. Years later, he decided that if he learned the paid advertising aspect of these platforms, he could help other people become famous instead, so that is exactly what he decided to do. He would not reveal the clients he has made famous or is currently making famous, but Christopher has found his niche and has been able to transform lives through his work.

His main challenge when embarking on this business was dealing with how fast the business grew.

“I had so many clients to fulfill work for that I actually had to refund many people that wanted to work with me. My business was in such high demand that we could not handle the workload initially due to saying yes to taking on so many people. Now we focus only on High End Clients,” he says.

His advice to future entrepreneurs is to seek out mentors in their field of choice. His mentors, along with his internet experience were crucial factors in his early on success. He also emphasizes the importance of having the right mindset, but going beyond that and being able to properly Execute the things you choose to do.

“I remember I had a positive brain, but still had trouble taking action. I say it’s 30% mindset & 70% action,” he emphasizes.

For Christopher, what sets him apart from other advertising and media companies is his honesty and integrity. He believes in telling the truth and doing the right thing, because in the long run this is what will always work out. His future plans are to continue to serve higher tier clients, and continue to revolutionize the marketing industry by always being honest and working hard to deliver results for his clients. In an industry like the one Christopher is in, honesty means everything, and that is exactly what he is bringing to the table for his clients. Christopher would not provide additional answers on what he has in the works, but be sure to expect more from this young all-star.

HighKey Agency is Building Elite Personal Brands Worldwide

HighKey Agency is a full service social media marketing agency that specializes in building elite personal brands. The part that makes this specific agency special is the fact that they don’t focus on direct return on investment from the services they provide. All the benefits of having a massive personal brand comes from careful implementation of high level content, press, and strategic Instagram growth, which pays the biggest returns in the long run.

Jordan Lintz and his younger brother Luke Lintz started their online business success over three years ago, which built a variety of connections to large influencers, as well as high networth individuals.

Jordan and Luke have created three companies under the “HighKey” name to date. Their first was an e-commerce company that sold consumer electronics, named HighKey Technology. The two brothers racked up over 15 million views on their videos and hundreds of thousands of followers by creating a unique personal brand company hybrid.

With the combination of experience of building a business from scratch and coincidental timing, they met their future business partner Stefan Aarino by random chance at a local cafe.

Stefan Being a large investor and coach in the real estate industry, was actively trying to grow his social accounts by burning through marketer after marketer. Nothing worked exceptionally well, which left all of his social media accounts under a few thousand followers/subscribers.

After a quick meeting between the three the following day, Luke and Jordan were suddenly put on a monthly retainer. Expanding from just Instagram, they researched how to grow other social media platforms and quickly proved results, which ultimately led to the creation of HighKey Agency. Only a few months into business with the agency, they met their next business partner and COO Trent Huss.

While initially just working in content creation and social media management, the agency slowly started shifting towards taking on a full-service management aspect. These other services include YouTube management, LinkedIn leads, full podcast services, PR & Press, and in partnership with their sister company HighKey Clout, Instagram growth.

Luke Lintz, the CEO of the company said, “We understand that our clients are very high level individuals. They have a lot of money sitting around and they want to get famous like everyone else. The main issue is they have no time to consistently post, much less on every platform. We come in and take over the whole process, regardless of where they are at in creating or managing their personal brand.”

In the eyes of the business partners, competition doesn’t exist. They suggest that every marketing company is different in what services they provide, and with HighKey Agency being no different from that rule, they have no competition. Always looking towards expanding to new services, setting up the infrastructure, and expanding upon them is the agency’s secret to continuously scaling.

Obtaining clients can be difficult when you explain there’s no direct ROI when they are spending marketing dollars, but the partners avoid this issue by using themselves as a prime example of what HighKey Agency can do for them. Both Jordan (@jordanlintz on Instagram) and Luke (@lukelintz on Instagram) individually boast successful personal brands that include a large social following, a podcast, consistent press across media outlets, and many other forms of an online presence.

A great example of indirect ROI is after growing Stefan Aarnio’s Instagram to 230k+ followers, offers began falling into his direct messages. One of these offers included an offer to be paid $10k for a speaking event, with travel and hotel included, where he went on stage and subsequently sold tens of thousands of dollars worth of his own product and services on top of the initial money.

Currently, the business partners are focusing on expanding their press section of the agency, which allows clients to have immediate authority in their field, increase SEO ranking in Google, and provide a much bigger opportunity to get verified. Every new service should provide value to the client, with press being no exception to the rule.

The goal with the agency is to be managing and representing the biggest names in business, and turning them into the biggest names online. Creating and building relationships have always been the priority, and the network will only grow moving towards the future.
